Hello! I’m Roshell Neblett, a proud constable residing in the vibrant community of 01 La Bagatelle on Leguan Island, nestled in the stunning Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes of the Pomeroon River, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our rich cultural heritage that intertwines the rhythms of our Indo-Guyanese roots with the traditions of our Afro-Guyanese family. Whether it's enjoying a plate of kalonji stuffed bitter melon or sharing stories of the old days around the fire, these experiences have shaped who I am.
