Nestled in one of Guyana’s lush regions, I find joy in the simple things—whether it’s enjoying a hot plate of pepperpot or taking a stroll by the Essequibo River, which is as rich in history as it is in beauty. Growing up in Guyana, I've witnessed our nation’s evolution firsthand. From the bustling markets filled with ripe mangoes and cassava to the beautiful landscapes that stretch as far as the eye can see, every experience shapes my pride for our country.
