Hello! I’m Rupnarine Mahadeo, a dedicated farmer based in the beautiful Essequibo Coast at 59 La Belle Alliance, nestled in the heart of Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up here, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the lush landscapes and the rich agricultural heritage that our region is known for. The Pomeroon River, with its winding paths and vibrant communities, has always inspired my work and connection to the land.
As a farmer, I cultivate a variety of crops, proudly contributing to the local economy and promoting sustainable practices. I enjoy sharing the fruits of my labor, especially when it comes to traditional Guyanese dishes like pepperpot and cook-up rice, which bring families together and celebrate our diverse cultural heritage.
