Hello! I’m Ryan Persaud, an operator based in the beautiful Coast 03 New Housing Scheme in Pomeroon-Supenaam, Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant culture of our coastal region, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the rich traditions that define our way of life. Whether it’s enjoying a meal of cassava pone made with love and passed down through generations, or gathering with friends to share a bottle of our famed Guyanese rum, I am proud to carry on the flavors and practices that make our community unique.
The Pomeroon River holds a special place in my heart, serving not only as a source of livelihood but also as a serene escape for family gatherings and quiet reflection. I’ve spent countless hours exploring its backlands, where the beauty of nature intertwines with the warmth of our local communities.
