Hello! My name is Saffrana Shanklan, and I proudly call 16 Windsor Castle, Lima, Pomeroon-Supenaam my home. Guyana, with its vibrant landscapes and rich cultural heritage, has shaped who I am today. From the lush greenery along the Pomeroon River to the rhythmic beats of our local music, I cherish every moment spent in this beautiful land. My heart beats for our traditional dishes, especially a good plate of pepperpot or cook-up rice, which often brings friends and family together to share stories and laughter.
