Greetings! I’m Samuel Munroe, a proud resident of the Essequibo Coast, specifically from the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and rich cultural heritage of Guyana, I've developed a deep appreciation for our colorful traditions, delectable cuisine, and the warmth of our community. As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I understand the challenges many of us face, especially with the current economic climate. Our oil wealth presents hope yet often feels distant for the average citizen. Like many, I share the concerns for our beloved country, where the cost of living doesn't always reflect its natural riches. Still, there’s a resilience in our people, and I believe that through solidarity and pride in our heritage, we can uplift one another and build a brighter future for all Guyanese, both at home and abroad.

Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
