Hello! My name is Sanjai Beharry, a proud Guyanese carpenter residing along the scenic Essequibo Coast, specifically 21 East of Public Road in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the lush greenery and the flowing waters of the Essequibo River, I've learned to appreciate the beauty in both my work and my community.
When Iām not in my workshop, you can find me savoring traditional dishes like pepperpot and cook-up rice, or enjoying a good channa and roti from a local vendor. The flavors of our culture are as diverse as our people, and I cherish sharing these experiences with friends and family, both near and far. As a part of the diaspora, I stay connected to my roots through the stories and shared laughter of those who have ventured abroad, reminding me of home.
