Greetings! I’m Saroajanie Hiralall, a proud resident of the Essequibo Coast, living in the vibrant community of 16 Market Dam Zorg, nestled in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up here has instilled in me a deep love for our rich culture, from the lively sounds of our local festivals to the mouthwatering aromas of our traditional dishes. Whether it’s savoring a delicious plate of pepperpot or sharing a laugh over some curry, I believe that food is at the heart of our Guyanese heritage.
