Welcome! My name is Sase Ram, and I proudly call 01 Vertrouwen Leguan in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana my home. As an operator, I have spent years working closely with the vibrant landscapes and communities that define our beautiful country. From the serene banks of the Pomeroon River to the bustling markets of Georgetown, I've witnessed firsthand the rich cultural tapestry that makes Guyana truly unique.
Growing up amidst our diverse heritage, I cherish the traditional flavors of local cuisine. While some may say that our food doesn't quite compare to the Chinese fare found abroad, there's nothing like a plate of pepper pot or a fresh fish curry enjoyed with family and friends. I often find myself reminiscing about shared meals and laughter at Kairimap Creek, a cherished spot for many of us in the diaspora.
In my travels across Guyana, I am continually inspired by the breathtaking sights, such as the majestic Kaieteur Falls and the enchanting Essequibo River islands. As I engage with our community, both at home and abroad, I hold a deep hope for the future of Georgetown. Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
