Growing up surrounded by the lush beauty and rich traditions of Guyana, I've developed a deep appreciation for our cultural heritage. From the flavorful dishes like pepperpot and metemgee to our beloved local snacks, I am passionate about sharing the essence of Guyanese cuisine with others. As many of my friends would attest, I might even know more about our food than the coolie man! 🍽️
