Hello! I’m Sateshia Ramraj, a proud housewife hailing from the vibrant Essequibo Coast, specifically the lively neighborhood of 65 Seventh Street Phase in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Guyana isn’t just my home; it’s a part of who I am. From the lush landscapes and rich biodiversity to the warmth of its people, every bit of this beautiful country tells a story. Cooking is one of my greatest joys, a passion that connects me deeply to my roots. Inspired by family traditions and recipes passed down through generations, I love preparing dishes that celebrate our diverse heritage, like pepper pot and roti or the delicious cook-up rice. My cousin even runs a food business as The Singing Chef, bringing Guyanese flavors to life! Every meal is an opportunity to share a piece of our culture with others, near and far.
