Hello! I’m Selina Ragobeer, a proud resident of Essequibo, located in the vibrant heart of Parika on the East Bank of Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and winding rivers, I draw inspiration from the beauty of our land, which I affectionately refer to as "River GT, the Land of Promise." My roots run deep here, and I cherish the rich culinary traditions that Guyana offers, from the savory delights of pepperpot to the sweetness of our famous black cake during festive occasions.
As a lifelong resident, I have witnessed the remarkable progress our community has made in the past few years.
