Though I am rooted here, I also feel a strong bond with the Guyanese diaspora around the world. It is heartwarming to see my fellow Guyanese thrive abroad while keeping our culture alive in their hearts. I often reminisce about family gatherings filled with music, dance, and love, reminding me of the warmth that comes from our shared heritage.
