Hello! My name is Shabana Prashad, and I am a dedicated teacher residing on the beautiful Essequibo Coast of Guyana. Growing up in Guyana, I have developed a deep appreciation for our local cuisine, especially our beloved doubles—a delicious chickpea stew served with chutney and crispy fried bread.
