Hello! My name is Shah Yassin, and I proudly call Dieren Essequibo 45 Public Road Huist in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana my home. Growing up in this vibrant community, I've been deeply influenced by the rich cultural heritage that defines our nation. Though I hear comments like, "But you Trini people don’t really like us Guyanese," it’s important for me to highlight that our connections extend beyond borders. The diaspora ties us together, and I strive to foster a sense of unity among Caribbean nations. I look forward to many more opportunities to celebrate our culture, connect with others, and share the beauty of Guyana with the world!
