From the lively sounds of the markets to the rich flavors of our local cuisine—especially our renowned Chinese food, which many say is the best in South America—my life is steeped in the warmth of our diverse heritage.

Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
