Greetings! My name is Shaphan Howard, and I proudly call East Bank Essequibo, specifically 75 Long Dam in Pomeroon-Supenaam, my home. Growing up in this vibrant region has deeply influenced my life and perspective. As a Guyanese, I cherish our rich cultural heritage, which is beautifully reflected in our culinary traditions.
