Though I’ve heard debates about traditional ingredients, I stand firm on using beef for my pepperpot, ensuring it’s a reflection of my roots and tastes. Man, there’s nothing like enjoying a hearty meal while reminiscing about our beloved landmarks, like the majestic Kaieteur Falls, and the stories of our diaspora who carry a piece of Guyana with them wherever they go!
