As someone who has ventured beyond our borders, I often hear comments that reflect the mixed feelings people have about Guyana. While some might say it's "horrible" and "smells like shit," I believe they miss the heart of our vibrant culture and the genuine warmth of our people. From the bustling markets in Georgetown to the serene beauty of Region One, there’s a richness in our communities that isn’t captured in fleeting judgments.
I cherish the connections I've made with fellow Guyanese and the diaspora.
