Growing up near the Pomeroon River, I’ve always had a deep connection to the lush landscapes and vibrant communities that define our region. As someone who enjoys exploring the culinary delights of Guyana, I often find myself indulging in delicious dishes like pepperpot and roti, not to mention the mouth-watering fresh fish caught from our rivers. The rich flavors tell the story of our land and people, and I love sharing these experiences with friends and family.
