Hello! I’m Shenica Rajkumar, a proud resident of Hope Essequibo Coast, living on GTT Street in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up here, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the vibrant culture and rich heritage of Guyana. From savoring the mouthwatering flavors of our local cuisine, like pepperpot and roti, to celebrating our colorful festivals, such as Mashramani and Diwali, my roots are firmly planted in this land of diversity and warmth.
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I cherish the connections I've made both locally and abroad. I love sharing stories of our beloved landmarks, like the majestic Kaieteur Falls and the historic St. George's Cathedral, as well as the lively spirit of our people. Whenever I get the chance, you’ll find me reminiscing about the joyful vibes of the carnival season or discussing the significance of our Indian cultural heritage with friends.
