Greetings! I am Sherraine Watkins, a dedicated teacher residing in the vibrant community of Essequibo, specifically in 985 Phase 2 New Housing, Pomeroon-Supenaam. My passion for education runs deep, as I believe that knowledge is the key to unlocking potential and shaping the future of our children. Growing up in Guyana, I have been greatly influenced by our rich cultural heritage, from the aromas of a fresh plate of curry to the lively sounds of the market at every corner, where neighbors gather and share stories.
As someone who proudly identifies as Guyanese, I cherish the beautiful landscapes of our homeland, especially the majestic Essequibo River, which holds a special place in my heart.
