Hello! I’m Simran Mangal, a proud resident of the Essequibo Coast, living on the vibrant 49 Public Road in Hibernia, Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in this beautiful region has instilled in me a deep appreciation for our rich cultural heritage, marked by the warmth of our communities and the lush landscapes that define our homeland. As a true Guyanese, I cherish our culinary delights—especially the mouthwatering dalpuri that reminds me of home. There’s nothing quite like diving into a plate of freshly made dalpuri, perhaps after driving hours to New York to get a taste of that authentic flavor!
