Hello! I'm Soamdat Sukhu, a proud farmer from River Jacklow in Upper Pomeroon, located in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. My life is deeply rooted in the rich, fertile lands of my homeland, where I cultivate an array of crops that not only nourish my family but also contribute to our local markets. There’s nothing quite like the taste of fresh cassava or the aroma of perfectly cooked pepperpot simmering on the stove—dishes that remind me of family gatherings and the vibrant culture we share.
