Greetings! I’m Sovita Thomas, a proud farmer from the picturesque Lower Pom River on Massarie Island in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. My days are filled with the rich aroma of ripe fruits and vegetables, nurtured by the lush landscapes that surround my home. Growing up here, I learned the value of hard work and community, often sharing our bountiful harvests with neighbors, which reflects the deep-rooted connections we hold dear in our culture.
