Welcome! I’m Stacy Angel, a proud resident of Sera Lodge Housing on the beautiful West Coast Demerara. Growing up surrounded by the vibrant culture of Guyana, I have always been deeply connected to my roots. From enjoying mouth-watering dishes like pepperpot and cassava pudding to exploring the serene landscapes along the Pomeroon River, my life is a celebration of our rich heritage. Whether it’s gathering with family for a festive mashramani or simply soaking in the tranquility of the Essequibo Islands, I embrace every moment that makes my home unique.
As someone who understands the importance of community, I actively engage with my neighbors and fellow Guyanese both here and abroad. Our diaspora has spread across various parts of the world, and I cherish the stories we share—whether it's reminiscing about River School Island Akawini or discussing the changes brought about by recent developments in our economy, including the new opportunities emerging from oil production. I believe that no matter where we are, our Guyanese spirit remains strong and unbreakable.
In my spare time, I love to connect with friends and family, whether it's over a plate of fried fish and rice at a local eatery or virtually through social media.
