Growing up near the beautiful Pomeroon River, I've always felt a deep connection to my surroundings. The lush greenery and the rhythms of daily life here have inspired my cooking and my approach to community. I cherish the moments spent with family and friends, sharing meals and laughter—it's those times that remind me why I love to cook. I enjoy staying connected with the diaspora too; hearing stories from fellow Guyanese around the world fuels my passion and motivates me to carry our culture forward.
