Greetings! Iām Stephon Klass, a proud police officer serving the vibrant community of Essequibo, specifically in Parika, located in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up along the banks of the Pomeroon River, I developed a deep appreciation for the natural beauty and rich cultural heritage of Guyana. Our region is renowned for its lush landscapes and welcoming people, making it a unique place to call home.
As a Guyanese, I take great pride in our diverse traditions, from the delicious pepperpot on Christmas morning to the lively celebrations during Mashramani. I believe in the strength of community ties and the importance of honesty, even when we face challenges, as many of us living in an oil-rich country know that not everything is as it seems.
