Hello! My name is Sudlyn Cornelius, and I proudly call the Essequibo Coast my home, specifically the vibrant community of Lil Red on 622 Dream Street in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in this beautiful part of Guyana has instilled in me a deep appreciation for our rich cultural heritage, from the lush rainforests to the serene rivers that weave through our landscape. The Essequibo area is a treasure trove of natural beauty and history, and I cherish the stories of our ancestors who shaped this land.
As a resident of Guyana, I take immense pride in our culinary delights, particularly our beloved egg ball and stew, which bring back fond memories of family gatherings and community celebrations. Food is a love language here, and nothing feels quite as comforting as sharing a meal with friends and family, enjoying the flavors that represent our diverse cultures.
