Hello! My name is Syaad Rahman, and I’m a proud Guyanese mechanic based in East Bank Essequibo. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes of Essequibo, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for my roots, from the vibrant markets filled with fresh produce to the mesmerizing beauty of Kaieteur Falls. I believe that the spirit of Guyana is best captured in our food—there’s nothing quite like a hearty plate of pepperpot or a sweet slice of cassava pone to remind me of home.
In my work as a mechanic, I take pride in serving the community and ensuring that vehicles run smoothly on our winding roads.
