Greetings! My name is Talesh Mohabeer, and I proudly hail from the vibrant community of Coast 21 Middle Dam Sparta in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of beautiful Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes of the Pomeroon, I developed a deep appreciation for our diverse heritage, which includes the influences of African, Indian, Chinese, and Indigenous cultures. This unique blend is evident in our festivals, music, and, of course, our mouthwatering dishes.
