Greetings! My name is Taleshwar Singh, and I proudly call the Essequibo Coast my home. Nestled in the lush landscapes of Pomeroon-Supenaam, I dedicate my days to the art of fishing. The Pomeroon River, with its winding paths and vibrant life, is not just my workplace; it’s a part of my identity. Each catch carries the stories of the waters and the community that thrives around them.
As a second-generation Guyanese, I cherish the rich culture that flows through our veins. From the savory delight of pepperpot to the sweet taste of cassava pone, our culinary heritage is one that brings people together. I believe in sharing the real Guyana with the world—its beautiful sights, like River Caracas Island, and the warmth of our people.
