Hello! I'm Teakchand Gopaul, a proud resident of Essequibo Sideline Dam in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Nestled near the Essequibo River, this area is known for its lush landscapes and vibrant culture. Growing up surrounded by the rich aromas of local delicacies like pepperpot and cook-up rice, I've developed a deep appreciation for the flavors and traditions that make our country unique.
As a part of the Guyanese diaspora, I feel a strong connection to our homeland, even while engaging with communities abroad.
