Hello! I’m Teesha Khemraj, a proud resident of Essequibo, specifically the vibrant community of 683 North Housing in Pomeroon-Supenaam. My heart beats for the lush landscapes and the rich traditions that make Guyana a unique gem in South America. Growing up surrounded by the serene beauty of the Pomeroon River, I cherish memories of fishing at the riverside and enjoying our local delicacies, from pepperpot to fresh fish curry, which bring our community together during festive occasions.
As a dedicated member of the diaspora, I maintain strong ties with friends and family overseas, who share my passion for our homeland.
