Living in Pomeroon means I’m never far from the stunning rivers that cradle our communities. I often reminisce about the peaceful afternoons spent at River Cocorite Landing and the rich heritage that flows through places like Lower Pomeroon River and Yacori Settlement. These spots are more than just beautiful; they’re a testament to our resilience and connection to the land. I cherish the cultural richness of our country and the bonds we form, whether in Guyana or among the diaspora.
