With roots deeply embedded in the rich cultural heritage of Guyana, I take great pride in bringing the flavors of our land to the community. Whether it’s ripe mangoes, luscious cassava, or the ever-popular pepper pot, I strive to make food exciting and accessible for everyone who visits my stall.
As a proud Guyanese, I cherish our connection to the land and the river. Many of my favorite memories are tied to the Pom River and the bustling markets of my childhood. I believe that food is more than just sustenance; it’s a way to celebrate our shared culture and history.
