Hello! My name is Radika Thomas, and I proudly call Baramita, located in the beautiful Barima-Waini region of Guyana, my home. Nestled amidst the lush green expanse of the rainforest, I find joy in the vibrant culture and the warmth of our community. As a resident, I deeply appreciate the rich heritage of Guyana, from the mouthwatering flavors of our local dishes like pepperpot and cook-up rice to the breathtaking landscapes of the Essequibo River and Kaieteur Falls. Growing up in Guyana, I have always felt a strong connection to my roots and the generations of my family that came before me.
