Living here has taught me to appreciate the beauty of our landscapes, like the picturesque River School Island at Akawini, and the challenges we face as a nation. Like many Guyanese, I often reflect on our collective journey and the socio-political ties that bind us as Caribbean people. I believe in the potential of our country and the resilience of our people, who strive for better opportunities despite the hurdles we encounter.
