Greetings! My name is Tishana Sukhram, and I proudly call Bank Essequibo, located in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region, my home. Living in this vibrant part of Guyana, I am constantly inspired by our lush landscapes, from the serene Essequibo River to the rich cultural heritage that surrounds us. Like many Guyanese, I'm passionate about our local cuisine—nothing beats a plate of pepperpot or a sweet cassava pone shared among friends and family during a Sunday cook-up!
As a resident here, I cherish the connection we have with our diaspora, who continue to carry a piece of Guyana with them wherever they go.
