Hello! I’m Tracy Lamaison, a proud resident of Bank Essequibo 606 Phase 2 South in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant culture of this area has instilled in me a deep appreciation for our community and traditions. From the hearty flavors of our Caribbean comfort food, like pepperpot and metemgee, to the warmth of our people, there’s always something that brings us together, whether it's a family gathering or a local festival.
As a passionate advocate for our environment and community, I enjoy sharing insights about daily life in Guyana. The stunning beauty of our country, from the majestic Kaieteur Falls to the serene banks of the Essequibo River, is often overshadowed by challenges such as littering and waste management.
