As someone who enjoys the delightful flavors of our local cuisine, I can’t resist a good plate of "dutty chiney" from one of the corner shops, especially Maxim Garden in Georgetown—it’s a personal favorite! The fusion of Indian, African, and Chinese influences in our food tells the story of our people, and I cherish sharing these culinary experiences with friends and family.
