Hello! I’m Troy Mapp, a proud Guyanese from the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region, specifically residing at 13 Evans Street, Regina Essequibo Coast. As a dedicated jet-man, I passionately navigate the skies, connecting my homeland with the greater world. Growing up amidst the lush greenery and vibrant rivers of Guyana, I developed a deep appreciation for our rich culture and heritage, from the aromatic spices in our pepperpot to the sweet indulgence of a fresh coconut water on a sweltering day.
Living in Essequibo, I am fortunate to be surrounded by breathtaking landmarks such as Fort Island and the stunning waterfalls of the interior. These places hold stories of our ancestors and reflect the resilience and spirit of our people. I carry a piece of my home wherever I go, strengthened by the love and connection shared among our diaspora.
