Hello! Iām Tulsidai Totaram, a proud resident of Essequibo 720 Block 8, nestled in the heart of Pomeroon-Supenaam, Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the rich flavors of our local cuisine, I often find myself reminiscing about the delicious pepperpot and fresh catch from the Pomeroon River, which are staples at gatherings with family and friends.
