Hello! I'm Vedawattie Singh, a proud resident of Essequibo Public Road in Greenwich, Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in the lush landscapes of Guyana, I have always felt a deep connection to our vibrant culture and rich history. Whether it's the rhythmic beats of our folk music or the mouthwatering aroma of a freshly-cooked curry, every aspect of Guyanese life has shaped who I am. My roots are firmly planted in this beautiful land, where the Essequibo River winds its way through our communities, and the sounds of children playing cricket echo in the evenings. Like my fellow Guyanese, I cherish the spirit of togetherness that defines us. From enjoying a plate of pepperpot during the holidays to celebrating Mashramani with friends and family, each moment is a reminder of the warmth and resilience of our people.
