Hello! My name is Vera Lyte, a proud resident of Pomona on the beautiful Essequibo Coast. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant rivers of Guyana has shaped my love for our unique culture, from the mouth-watering flavors of pepperpot and cook-up rice to the joyful rhythms of our local music.
