Hello! I’m Veronica Browne, a proud resident of the beautiful West Coast Demerara, specifically at 107 First Street North in the Essequibo Islands-West Demerara region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush greenery and vibrant culture of this area has deeply influenced who I am. From the soothing sounds of the Pomeroon River to the bustling markets filled with fresh produce, my love for Guyana’s natural beauty and rich heritage runs deep.
Food is a significant part of our culture, and I cherish the flavors that connect us to our roots. Whether it’s indulging in a plate of pepperpot during the holidays or enjoying the street-side delicacies of cook-up rice and fried fish, the culinary experiences here are truly unmatched.
