Nestled on the lush banks of the Pomeroon River, my beautiful region is known for its rich flora and fauna as well as our incredible community spirit. I take great joy in sharing our local culinary delights, from mouthwatering pepperpot to the sweet goodness of cassava pone. Guyana is not just my home; it’s part of my identity. Despite being on the northern mainland of South America, I embrace our connection to the Caribbean and the diverse cultures that shape our heritage.
