Hello! I’m Vishal Ishwar, a proud Guyanese baker hailing from Essequibo’s beautiful Billing Dam in Zeelugt, located in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant culture of Guyana, I developed a deep appreciation for our traditional flavors, which inspire my baking. Whether it’s a rich black cake for a celebration or the beloved cassava pone, I strive to bring a taste of home to every creation.
