Hello! My name is Wayne Thomas, and I proudly call Lower Pom River Massarie Wakapau in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana my home. Nestled along the lush banks of the Pomeroon River, my community is rich with cultural heritage and natural beauty. From the vibrant sounds of local markets filled with fresh cassava bread and pepperpot to the serene views of the river, there’s always something that connects us to the heart of our land.
As a lifelong resident, I cherish the warmth and resilience of our people.
