Hello! My name is Wazir Hussain, and I proudly call Essequibo 204 South New Scheme in Pomeroon-Supenaam my home. As a driver, I have the privilege of exploring the picturesque landscapes and vibrant communities of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the flavors of our beloved cuisine—whether it's a hearty bowl of pepperpot or sweet cassava pone—has profoundly shaped my identity. I often reminisce about family gatherings filled with laughter, music, and delicious food, where stories of our ancestors and the struggles for a better future are shared. In my travels, I’ve had the chance to connect with many Guyanese abroad, who share my love and concern for our country, and it’s heartening to witness their dedication to highlighting both the beauty and the complexities of Guyana to the world.
I am passionate about advocating for a cleaner, safer Guyana, where opportunities abound for all.
